Milium is a hair sac-like epidermal sac of fur sac origin that appears mainly on the face with white millet-shaped mouth rash. It is a 1-2mm-sized superficial white or yellow rash that occurs on the face, especially on the cheeks and eyelids, and although there are no subjective symptoms such as itching or pain, it is a cosmetic problem. Primary nasal granuloma occurs naturally at any age from infancy to adulthood without any specific trigger and originates at the bottom of the soft hair funnel. It is similar to epidermal cyst and varies in size. A single or multiple occurrence of the keratinizing positive tumor occurs on the face such as bread and eyelids, and no openings are observed. A secondary flying species appears as an epidermal structure accompanied by skin injury or as an identity cyst caused by reactive proliferation of the epidermis itself, but is derived from a hair sac, cold gland, sebaceous gland or epidermis. Morphologically, it is identical to primary. It can occur in affected areas after a number of blistering diseases such as blistering breastpox, blistering epidermis, and late onset skin porphyrinosis.
